Married to attorney Billy Hall. Sister-in-Law to current Judge Ruth Ann Hall (Billy's sister).
Mother of two children.
Karen Hall is a child abuser by continuing to support the State Sponsored Child Abuse committed by retired Judge Loyd "Buddy" H. Little, Jr. in 2006 when he abused our son by removing his father from his life for becoming a firefighter.

The actions of Karen Hall contradict the known research by Alabama Department of Human Resources (DHR)
on the negative impact of reducing, removing, or eliminating a father from a child's life.

State Sponsored Child Abuse by Karen Hall has significantly increased our sons risk factors:
-> 5 times more likely to live in poverty
--> 3 times more likely to fail in school
---> 3 times more likely to develop emotional & behavioral problems
----> 3 times more likely to commit suicide
-----> 40% of children with fathers living outside the home have ZERO contact with them
------> 60% of children with fathers living outside the home only see their dad an average of 69 days a year (this falls right in line with standard visitation schedule, "80 day rule", issued every day cookie cutter by Alabama judges & lawyers)
-------> 70% of children charged with murder are from fatherless homes
--------> 70% of long-term prison inmates grew up in fatherless homes

Why do Alabama Legislators & Governor Bentley REQUIRE DHR to remedy, rehab and re-unite abusive parents and their children yet then permit an Alabama judge & lawyers to rip apart Fit Parents and their innocent children? We keep asking but we keep being denied & ignored.
Karen Hall continued the child abuse even as other local judges, such as Judge Billy Bell, who Karen Hall works with daily, has spoken publicly and privately that what Judge Little did to my son and my family was wrong. Billy Bell was the top presiding judge in Huntsville, replaced most recently by Karen Hall.
Karen Hall is a traitor upon the land in which she resides. She is a violator of her Oath to protect and uphold the U.S. Constitution by a court order preventing a legal resident, born & raised in Alabama, United States citizen, U.S. Navy veteran 1989-1993, current Firefighter & EMT, from bringing his own personally retained out-of-state constitutional law expert attorney to his trial in August 2011 to defend this fit parent's constitutional and God-given rights to equal rights to raise his son. The violating court order came after Karen Hall had taken my $300 fee for the application to allow my out-of-state attorney to represent me, after Karen Hall had reviewed the qualifications of said attorney, after karen Hall reviewed the application form (pro hac vice), after Karen Hall had seen in written motions what we would be discussing at trial - the United States Constitution. The Constitution is a subject that neither she nor the vast majority of Alabama lawyers & judges are skilled in discussing as they avoid it like a disease because of their ignorance of, and hate for, the U.S. Constitution and what it stands for in protecting We the people from the child abusing judges such as Karen Hall.
The conduct by Karen Hall during the trials before her on April 12, 2011, June 27, 2011, August 30 & 31, 2011, September 6 & 7, 2011, provide further documented proof of her incompetence to properly rule based upon the information presented to her in written motions, testimony and evidence presented to her throughout the year of 2011.
The actions of Judge Karen Hall contradicted herself throughout the proceedings and displayed incompetence that is undeserving of a position of judgment over any human being.
I, like many others, have lost ALL confidence in the Alabama judiciary.

I want to know why it is in the best interest of our son to have his time with his dad and paternal family & friends reduced from equal time down to bare bones 6 days a month? I am a fit parent who has 20 days off from work as a firefighter & EMT every month yet can only see our son a mere fraction of these days. I have enough vacation time to take off a whole month every summer to spend with our son yet this was denied in 2011, 2010, 2009, and so on. Why does our son have his God given rights to two parents ripped from him by the Alabama legislators, governor, judges and lawyers? I am waiting for someone to explain why this is in the best interest of our son... And NONE of you are brave enough to tell me to my face.
One upon a time the most feared words were "Wait til your dad gets home!".
Now, the child asks, "Who is my dad? Where is my dad?"
I am here.
Many of us are.
We need you all to stop putting up roadblocks & obstacles keeping our kids from us.
